The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Rev. Condolence: I worked with Roy for more years than I can call to remembrance at the V.A. Hospital in Clarksburg. I remember Roy as being kind and caring and had a devotion to work and his fellow veterans. We hunted together several times and each of us had our share of bragging rights which always ended in some form of laughter and humor. I counted and count Roy as a friend and will miss him.

Best wishes to his family
Alan
