Obituary for Sharon Louise Watson (Gill)

Sharon Louise Gill Watson passed away Tuesday evening, June 7, 2016 at her home in Clarksburg. She was born July 23, 1957 in Vancouver Washington, a daughter of the late William Gill and Mary J. Fox Spence who survives in Clarksburg.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Joseph Watson; four children, Jaclyn, Dillion, Lucas, and Elliot Watson all at home; one sister, Mary J. Garrison of Clarksburg; six brothers, Robert Andrews and his wife Debra of Salem , William Gill of Clarksburg, John Gill and his wife Donna of Ohio, Tom Gill of Clarksburg, David Gill and his wife Connie of Grafton, and Charles Gill of North Carolina; sister-in-law Carol Wright and Mildred Gill; 14 nieces and nephews including two special nieces, Melissa McIntyre and Mary Bradley both of Clarksburg and several great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, Sharon was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronnie, Donnie and Kevin Gill; and a niece, Leslie Gill.
Sharon was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker. She was a devout Christian who served her Lord with the wonderful people in the Upper Room Church in Adamston. Sharon was known for always putting the needs of others ahead of her own.
Friends and family will be received at Burnside Funeral Home from 10:00am to 12noon on Saturday, June 11, 2016. The funeral service will be held at Noon with Pastor Mike Flanary presiding. Interment will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
